Training Documentation

Here is a list of the items that could be included in training documentation:

lesson plans (example)
lesson notes (manual, quick tips or combination of theses)
exercises
course outline (example)
attendant sheets
certificates (example)
course evaluation (example) (it is recommended that if you use a scoring scale, do even numbers so individuals cannot just pick neutral)

Once the training documentation is completed the course can be taught by either a member of the company staff or myself. All or part of the list can be delivered depending on what is required.

The lesson plan would include rough outline of timing and what would be taught for each section and it would include indication of what to take breaks, lunch, and time for review.

The course outline would be given to students so that they would be aware of what they would be taught throughout the course.
